Deposits and cancellations

• A 10% deposit is required to confirm your Luxury Rail Trail Tour; the remaining 90% is payable 30 days prior to your Luxury Rail Trail Tour commencing.
• Cancellation up to one month prior to your booking – your deposit will be refunded in full.
• Cancellation up to 10 days prior to your booking - 20% of your total tour cost will be retained as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within 10 days of your booking incurs a 50% - 100% forfeit of the total amount depending on the circumstances and whether or not we can fill your accommodation bookings.

Payment can be made by direct debit, cheque or cash.
